CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
In-person only
45 min $170 • 60 min $205
Relieve pain and dysfunction through manual hands-on CranioSacral Therapy that helps to facilitate long term change.
Learn more
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy that uses light touch to treat restrictions in your body. The CranioSacral system consists of the Cranium (head bones) and Sacrum (the bone at the base of your spine between your pelvis) which is connected via the spinal cord and the membranes (fascia) that surround it. The fascial system encases all of our muscles, organs, and joints in our body and is an interconnected web that allows us to be flexible but also gives us structure within the body.
Over time tension patterns can form within the fascial system, when the body is no longer able to compensate for these patterns, symptoms can present. The CranioSacral system closely surrounds the central nervous system which means it can have an effect on all other systems in the body, including endocrine, musculoskeletal, hormonal and immune system function.
CST can help you with:
Migraine headaches
Chronic neck and back pain
Central nervous system disorders
Concussions and traumatic brain injuries
Scoliosis, chronic fatigue
Stress and tension-related problems
Post-traumatic stress disorder
Post-surgical dysfunction

Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) Therapy
In-person only
30 min $120 • 45 min $170 • 60 min $215
Address pain or dysfunction in your muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones with this dry-needling technique.
Learn more
Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) Therapy is commonly known as dry needling. We use it to treat myofascial pain syndromes/chronic pain conditions that have not responded to manual therapy and exercise.
IMS Therapy uses a thin acupuncture needle inserted into tight muscles to:
Relax muscles
Stimulate blood flow
Reduce pain
Improve nerve function
Decrease joint pressure
Normalize muscle tone
It is common to be sore for 24–48 hours following IMS treatment. It is recommended that you do not perform rigorous exercise following the treatment on the same day. IMS sessions are usually recommended no more than once weekly and the total number of sessions will depend on your injury needs.

Anatomical Acupuncture
In-person only
30 min $120 • 45 min $170 • 60 min $215
Treat the symptoms and root cause of your pain by stimulating the balance and flow of your Qi.
Learn more
Anatomical Acupuncture enables your Qi (pronounced chee) energy to flow smoothly through the meridians that make up a conceptual network of pathways throughout the entire body. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is considered essential to health. When the balance or flow of Qi is deficient or obstructed, it may be diseased or susceptible to illness. Anatomical Acupuncture treats both the symptoms and the root causes of the patient’s illness.
We insert needles into specific anatomical acupuncture points to stimulate the release of endorphins—your body’s natural pain-relieving neurohormones—and encourage natural healing.
Anatomical acupuncture provides:
Pain relief
Increased energy
Improved mood
Improved body function
Decreased swelling
We use atraumatic acupuncture needles in our practice. The needle tips are rounded so that they slide smoothly through tissue and are unlikely to cause bleeding. Needles are left in place for 15 to 30 minutes during which time the practitioner may manipulate the needles in order to strengthen or reduce the flow of Qi.
